I just moved to the area and there are 3 AF's within 7 miles of my place so I have been checking them all. This is one of my two favorites (the other is Des Moines location). This is the smallest AF I have ever been in, but they utilize their space well to add in as many machines as possible. They have more machines than the other two in the area, which I find surprising.
I have only gone during non-staffed times so cannot speak to the experience others have mentioned about the owner. The times and days I have gone there have only been 3 other people max in the gym - so I am glad to have found the sweet spot where I can have a full body workout without having to wait for anything. :)

This is a great gym. The managers/owners are friendly and helpful. I don't ever find a long wait time for equipment. There are all the machines that any sane person could want. I have trained at the college and Olympic levels in my life and find everything that i need as far as equipment. There are a lot of options on equipment so there is usually no wait times. The 24 hour availability is nice to have so you don't have hours of operation to worry about. Its all there for anyyone at any level.

The owner and her husband are very rude and unprofessional. First off, they don’t allow for guests, day passes , liabilities forms, etc., but it gets worse. I walked on the treadmill for 2 mins (didn’t even break a sweat yet) and I stepped off the machine to grab my jacket. Not even 10 seconds later, I was approached by them and told to wipe down my machine in an aggressive tone. I would have already wiped it down, they didn’t even give me the chance to. To make matters worse, I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THEY WERE ENFORCING THIS ON. I noticed other people walk from machine to machine without wiping, but for some reason their focus was on me, an African American male. If possible, I’d advise to workout somewhere else. I’d give a 0 star if I could.
