Great place and friendly staff. Coach Maya is great at what she does and always willing to go the extra mile. Skeptical of small group training at first but after a bit of convincing coach Maya helped me on my way to a fitter lifestyle. After seeing the results I signed up for another 6 months. If you are worried the movements are too advanced, coaches are very skilled in the art of modification on the fly for any fitness level. Trust me, I was that person who need constant modification. Coach Maya has brought me to a point where I feel good and advancing towards advanced modifications. The gym itself has a great selection of machines and free weights. Lockers and showers always seem to be clean as well. Have fun.
