Gym response is inaccurate —- I’ve been a member at the gym for several months (not less than 30 days) and the fob stopped working due to an error on their end, not mine. When I called for help it took hours to reach them and multiple days to hear back. They could just apologize for the error but instead they make excuses and place blame on customers. The problem appears to be that they have absentee owners who don’t take an active role in managing the club.
Chose a different gym. My key fob stopped working due to an issue on their end. It took two days to get it fixed so I missed multiple workouts. A few weeks later and I’m traveling so I visit an Anytime in Chicago but my fob isn’t working again. It takes hours to get an answer on the phone back in Puyallup. When someone answered, I explained the problem and they said the owner needed to fix the problem. I was told they would fix it then get back to me but I never heard back. They have zero problem taking my money every month but I’m not sure what for. Happy to update the review once I can exercise again.
