I’ve enjoyed this journey so far. The trainers are very friendly. Most of all the effort on how well they keep the equipment and room, plus the restrooms all clean. The air in the room does not hv a smell like some gyms I’ve joined in the past.

I love this gym! It’s super clean and has everything I want. It’s affordable, lots of machines and weights. My favorite part is the staff. Alyse and Emily are very friendly and approachable. Anytime I have questions or need help, they are quick to respond. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. Alyse is very encouraging and checks in with me on my progress. I love my gym and I’m seeing results!

This gym was the perfect addition to our community. Emily and Alyse are the best, always willing to help, always greeting you with a smile. Every member is there for the same goal, to better one’s self.
