We never expected painting our 2-unit Edwardian would be as simple as it was. From the initial meeting with Jeff Johnston, one of the principals, for the estimate to Rick Kennan, project manager, executing the project with his team, everything was seamless. They listened to us, make solid recommendations, were extremely responsive and focused on making us happy--and they exceeded our expectations. Our building had been stripped of all its original details decades ago and Modamas recommended a great carpenter to design and complete that work. A company we would consider premium, Modamas' pricing was very fair and absolutely worth it. We'll be back in 10-15 years! We couldn't be happier.

John and his Anytime Crew painted the exterior of my parents' house in Hollywood. It's an old 1920's 3 bedroom stucco bungalow that hasn't been painted in a very long time and had problems with accessing the many wooden french windows through metal bars, as well as the need to fix some of the wooden framing of the windows and french doors. John and his crew did a fantastic job. I especially appreciated John's and the entire crew's personal responsiveness to suggestions and requests I made as well as John's attention to dealing with subtle details which other painters who came to inspect the house missed, since the formerly all-white run-down exterior was transformed into a multi-color vintage house which was in keeping with the "old fashioned" style that my wife suggested using 2 complementary colors for the extensive woodwork and using brush work for the main stucco wall after repairs and preparation were finished. I would recommend John and his Anytime Crew for any difficult (or easy) professional painting work. They did a great job, using the best paints, on time/on-budget, and left the premises clean and looking great. Thanks again, John and the entire Crew., Charles Hollywood, California
