The mountain ate my car key and I returned to a locked car parked at a remote trailhead an hour and a half from cell service. After arranging a ride to town, I called AAA and they accidentally connected me with Anytime Lock & Safe (AAA thought I was in the Olympics, but I was in the North Cascades). Not only was Anytime willing to come to my car, Andrew and Shelly gave me excellent advice and a good quote on making a basic computer chip key when it was clear AAA was going to refuse my request because my car was too far down an undeveloped road. After some dead end phone calls, I called Andrew back and arranged for them to meet me at my car the next day. Derek showed up when they said he would (knowing I would not have cell service) with a pre programmed key and had me on the road 10 minutes later. Meanwhile, Andrew and Shelly had been working behind the scenes to get AAA to pick up their portion of the bill and got my total cost down over 50%! Did I mention that they gave me a spare and invited me to come to their shop to get a key fob made for about half the regular price? I can't thank Anytime enough!
These guys are awesome, I've a new car with a fob, everything is electric. Like a dummy I got in the trunk to grab something set the dang fob next to my lunch box and closed the trunk. 😞. It was just about quitting time, they were there in about twenty minutes or so, it didn't take long at all boom 💥 I was in. Thanks again, you guys rock !
