Sometimes I am not certain where to begin when getting such incredible service and value. In today's world, the service industry seems to treat homeowners or businesses as though we are stupid and attempt at deceiving the customers! Let me first start out with the incredible professionalism was possibly the highest I've ever seen in many years. The service technician arrived promptly and analyzed the problem very quickly, made the necessary repairs and even decided to reduce their service call fee because they were there for only a few moments fixing the problem. On the second and third repairs at other locations, again they were prompt, courteous, respectful and charged a very acceptable fee for the repairs. Several other companies locally in our community have decided that charging a service fee of $150 dollars, not repairing the problem, and returning one or two additional times, then adding on additional service fees had become standard practices. This is precisely why I decided to take the initiative and search for a reputable company who would be ethical to our pocket book and not charge "extra" service call fees and not do the necessary repairs properly or ethically. AP HVAC was really great to work with. They replaced our entire AC system, it was nearly 30 years old and on its last leg. The entire team, from Austin to each of his employees, was courteous and respectful. They were professional and timely, they did great work for us. They are very competitive with their prices as well so we were able to get top quality products and Austin by far gave us the best price over ANY of the other local businesses that quoted the same job. He was also able to complete the job much sooner than anyone else.
