Unfortunately I'm stuck with them because of the management company. I called because of a leak in my washer. They came out, said it was old, and replaced a seal. Unfortunately, they broke the timer when they pulled off the face. They MAILED a timer a week later and told us to install it ourselves. When we couldn't install it, they sent a tech out who said it was 1. the wrong timer and 2. missing the back, and someone would be out.
The next appointment was on a Saturday, a dsy they are usually closed. They were supposed to come between 10 and 12. We were home the entire time. At 12:30 we opened our front door to see a note that said "sorry we missed you". Now we had to wait until Monday to reschedule. Finally a tech installed the right timer (two weeks after the first one broke it)...and the machine is back to leaking. Another tech comes out and says it is because we are overloading it. It is a stackable washer so it's already small, but we cut the loads in half. The leak gets worse, and now it is gushing water after each load, but at least the clothes are clean. Called Apex again. They come out, now the washer doesn't work AT ALL. I called to ask when they will get it working so we can use it while management decides if they want to replace or repair, and Jim says "don't use it, it's leaking."
What an amazingly useless company that had us running around for nearly two months dealing with this. DON'T USE THEM. EVER.
