My gutters were falling off because of a rain storm. Expert came out and did a fantastic job with the new system they put up. Very pleased with the work.

I called the owner on a thursday night with an emergency, I had a contractor in doing my bethroom who called me to tell me that when he ripped out the old walls the roof was leaking and that he had to stop work. I called 3 companies, the owner was the only one to show up on friday. He was the first guy there, first to prepare a written estimate. I contacted him on Saturday morning to give him the job and by 11am on monday I had a new roof. The owner was the most reasonable estimate and most importantly was the only guy to notice that the down spouts tied into the sewer line and recommend the appropriate materials for use with that situation. Had I not been lucky enough to contract with the owner I would have paid more, waited longer and would have had to deal with plumbing issues down the line. Every call was answered promptly by the owner, all the old materials were removed and he sent me before and after pics during the job. He worked independently and i was able to not miss time at my job. He took credit cards which made it easy to pay. His guarantee was longer than the other guys and he sent me the receipt via text and also followed up with a hard copy via mail. He also allowed me a few days to pay so I could make sure that the job was done correctly during the rain storm that came over the next few days. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I cannot emphasize enough how much stress he took off our shoulders during a difficult time. I was also able to keep my other contractor on schedule! Thanks!
