Apex was a great group to work with. We needed some roof work done, including new decking because of a mold issue. Nathan from Apex worked with us closely through the whole process. It was very low pressure, which was a relief after having recently dealt with DaBella. Due to the mold issue, they were able to schedule the work just a couple of weeks out, which was great.

The real test came after the initial work, when we found that not all the expected decking was replaced. This was due to an internal communication issue on the Apex side. Fortunately, the bill only reflected the decking that was replaced. Nathan came by and did a final inspection to make sure we were happy with the work. We raised the issue and they worked really hard to make it right. Ultimately, they knocked 1,300 off the final bill and addressed some existing venting code violations by installing some new roof vents for the bathroom fans at no cost. All throughout the process, they were very responsive to communications from us and very eager to make it right. You can tell a good company by how they respond when things don’t go perfectly. Apex was a great group to work with.
