My son has been working out with Tim the last couple months and has already seen the results, getting more & more explosive on the basketball court and has really enjoyed the workout experience with Tim!

You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from the skill and expertise of Tim Barnes at Apex Sport Athletics!! As a senior citizen, I believe it’s critical for me to build and maintain my strength and balance, but I can’t do it on my own … I need a coach, and Tim is excellent at that!! Way less expensive than the price of falls and other injuries as we age!!
