I recently visited Apna Frooticana with high hopes of finding quality products, but my experience left me extremely dissatisfied. I purchased a pan from this store and used it only once, expecting it to meet basic durability standards. However, to my dismay, the pan showed signs of wear and tear after just one use.
When I approached the store to request an exchange or refund, the staff displayed a lack of empathy and customer service skills. They were unwilling to accommodate my reasonable request, citing vague store policies that seemed to conveniently shift to their advantage.
Not only was the product subpar in quality, but the customer service I encountered was also below par. As a consumer, I value transparency, quality products, and fair treatment, all of which were lacking at Apna Frooticana.
