Busy store.
We stopped by to pick up phones, but they didn't have any in stock. We did get a watch. On another day we picked up cell phone cases.
The staff was very quick to offer help. The store is average size. They have new products on display on tables around the store.
On both days we stopped by, and they were giving a tutorial on how to use their product. I found this handy. My parents are older, and this kind of hands-on tutorial would have been great.
On a side note, if they don't have what you are looking for in stock you can order online.
Took me a day and a half just to find out how much would it cost to replace my battery. It was between replacement OR trash can. Apple preaches to be "Green and sustainable" yet designs its products with planned obsolescence and ZERO transparency on reparibility. Once I found out the repair cost, it's cheaper to buy a refurbished device then to get the original one fixed. Apple is ENCOURAGING waste, how is this legal, to claim carbon credits and actively encourage customers to dispose their device. FTC needs to look into this.
Terrible experience. Definitely buy online or at a store that you live by. Bought a Apple Watch and they said they would send me a box to send back my old watch but that never happens. The sales lady forgot to put that in the paperwork so I’m stuck with two Apple watches Then they talk to me at the trading in my iPhone 15 on a 16 and I was OK with that but then they start talking about transfer to AT&T and I get $1000 or something but at the end of the day I lost my phone number which I’m sure everybody can appreciate the importance of having a phone number that stays the same and I lost the trade-in to get $1000 adjustment over three year contract at AT&T and if I don’t fulfill the contract I have to pay them the balance of 1000 which means I basically gave my iPhone to Apple there for free and when they transfer my number from the old spectrum to AT&T, they gave me a new number And then when you try to call the store you’ll never get through. It always goes to Apple 1-800 number. So beware the con jobs they use. also beware they will say we are running out of phones. This is last one. They got a great little rip off business going on. Good luck if you’d buy anything from the store.
