Had an appointment to pick up a new iphone and a charger for 10AM. Woke up super early and came just on time just for them to tell us that our order is under review and that we need to call apple. We called apple and the first time the automated system just said to wait 5-10 more minutes for our email confirmation. 60 minutes later of us just waiting around, with things to do, no email confirmation. So we called apple and the lady on the phone kept us on the phone for 15 minutes and said that the order would be ready soon. We waited a total of 75 minutes, and the entire time Apple employees just kept trying to guilt us into buying more stuff and make commission off of us, when we already payed these people more than a thousand dollars and waste our time. Next time we will go to a different apple store.

Mike at the Genius Bar was amazing. My computer needed a little extra work so I had time to sit and observe. The whole team at the Naperville store was great. They are very busy, but the atmosphere is upbeat and fun. Great store and once again- thanks you Mike!

I really don't like almost everything about Apple stores. Unfortunately I have to visit on occasion for our daughter.
When I walk in I feel like I'm walking into the box of an iPhone which is not a good thing.
My experiences have been that the reps are nice and try to be as helpful as they can, but unfortunately they can't be as helpful as I'd like as they've provided inaccurate information several times.
Not just at the store but also on the phone. Overall it's been very frustrating to deal with Apple.
The biggest pro is that the people working there are typically very nice and want to be helpful and I appreciate that.
