Bought an iPad and iPhone in two separate visits this week. Dealt with nine employees, all of whom were helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. You need patience while one worker walks two or more customers at a time through trade in, purchase and set up. One-on-one interactions would make these devices even more expensive. When the first new iPad glitched during set up, they swapped it out and gave me $150 in gift cards for the delay. And they hooked me up with the one worker who had firsthand experience with Mint Mobile to switch me to an eSIM. As much as I detest malls, it would’ve been more frustrating to do this through the mail. YMMV.

This place is a train wreck. Do not even bother going. Go to any other store instead. Worst Apple Store I have absolutely ever been in. Multiple people waiting, Apple employees standing around talking to each other oblivious to anything besides trying to look fashionable and chittering with their coworkers about inappropriate topics. Stop! Do not bother with this one. It’s hot garbage. Shame on Apple for letting their brand slide into this miserable mess. You have been warned!

This location is efficient for sure. They get you where you need to be quickly. I saw staff working with multiple customers at once, and service didn't drop from what I saw. You can find innovative practices here, I experienced their self checkout process, a bit different but an associate assured be that they would not interrupt someone walking out with product without a bag. The store runs smoothly with multiple things happening at once. Class on the big screen, one on one(s) and everything else in between do not stop someone getting what they need with solid customer service to pair with it. I would say this store is the flagship store for MN and I hope all the other stores are modeled after this one. This is my go-to spot for my apple products. Let me know your experience here.
