Caleb was incredibly patient and helpful with all my questions at my Genius Appointment today. This is always appreciative when you come in with product issues or questions. The staff is always resourceful and educational. Thank you to the Genius staff!

Absolutely loved my experience trying the Apple Vision Pro with Dan. Dan single-handedly made my experience 10 times better. Hope a manager at the store reads these, and if someone does: Dan was cool. The AVP was also sick, unimaginable experiences, feels like a fever dream to reflect on. I would highly recommend the demo, even if you’re not interested in getting one.

Very helpful staff. I asked if commissioned and he said no. Makes sense why not very pushy which I appreciated. Ended up doing order online and picking up in-store. Pick up process was also seamless. Parking is toughest part as it's right downtown. Meter parking or park in the mall. Store very clean and well presented and staffed.
