Undertrained staff and no type of customer service attitude. Felt like just another number to them. On the first visit, we told the young lady our issue with our iPhone 14 Promax, charging was failing and screen would auto zoom. She ran multiple diagnostics and every time she would, she’d just up and leave to talk to her coworkers instead of sitting with us to explain what our options might be. Long story short, we got an iPhone 7 as a loaner phone and that phone was far worse than the iPhone 14. You’d think they’d loan you something similar.
Fast forward to our second visit just yesterday. Young guy with glasses who apparently spoke Spanish helped us. Gave us our fixed iPhone and before we could transfer the line over to the 14 again, he deleted everything from the 7. As you know in order to sign in to iCloud, it does send a verification code. Well since he deleted everything right away, we couldn’t get the verification code and ended up locking the phone completely. I was not happy. Shouldn’t they know this??? I said to my bf in Spanish “this guy just messed up and now we have to call to try to get it fixed”… The guy literally just walked away without a single reassurance or thank you or ANYTHING. He was walking around but refused to acknowledge us after. I don’t know if I had to sign anything or what so we just left.
Please train your staff better.
