It's Apple... It's busy and it's filled with stuff I want but my God forsaken wife won't allow because "it's too much, we don't need it. Blah, blah." Welp, you didnt hear me saying that's too much or you don't need it when you went to the desert bar twice at Cracker Barrel.

My iMac screen suddenly has a vertical line through the screen. Did some searching online and decided I should come to the store to hopefully get an answer. Employee couldn't tell me anything more than I read about online. Suggested I pay $600 to repair a problem that I didn't even cause. I paid $1800 for this iMac and after barely a year the screen starts acting up for no reason. I've had a $900 laptop for 5+ years and nothing like this has happened with it. Ridiculous.

I went there twice, first experience was bad. Second time was worse. I've been to Apple store all over the country, so far this one is the WORST. I asked one staff to take a look at my phone, and afterwards I said if he can help me with my Mac, it keeps overheating, that guy said 'no, you have to make another appointment, we are big store, we can't just help you with anything you ask, you have to make another appointment, you need appointment for everything.' I said, 'hey buddy, the store I've visted before can just easily help me..' He said, 'don't call me buddy'. I was like, ok. and I left.
