Took about 45 min to get our pre-ordered paid for phone. Somehow after checking in our order was canceled. Even though at various points we were the only ones waiting. I’m 9 month pregnant so I was sticking out like a soar thumb. I had to get up and ask what was going one. The new person said my order had been canceled and she would help me. I finally saw the original guy that helped us. Well he didn’t even want to look me in the eye. Last time I come here. The whole thing should have taken 5 min ask the new person let us know. The only good thing is that it doesn’t smell like pee unlike DTLA and Santa Monica. But had no phone case or watch band in stock.

It’s quite crowded, but I got my order very fast. Jose helped me to set up my new phone(thanks!) Everyone is friendly. Highly recommend 😆

Place is great, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Terrible service. We literally walked out after returning for an apointment to purchase an Iphone 16 and left us waiting for 15 additional minutes with no explanation, staff just ignored us.
