I purchased my product here simply because it was what I came for, and I did not want to pay for shipping.
I will say though, this store needs to train all of its associates on customer service.
Scene: I came in the store, beelined to the watch table, made sure what I wanted was still the choice, then stood by awaiting assistance. This turned into watching about 6-8 associates keke with each other about presumably non-work related gist, with NOT ONE of them looking up to surveil the store for potential clients. They just stood at the door to “greet” customers. One seemed like a manager, shift manager, or mid-level staff exhibiting poor leadership. At the table next to me, it took 3 associates to sell a phone or iPad or whatever tf they were tinkering with. Finally I firmly said excuse me, are the associates assigned to particular products, or does everyone sell everything? Of course it was the latter, and finally I received assistance. The associate who helped me was sweet as pie, but I will say the experience was basura simply because the associates were inattentive and dismissive. Imagine how many people who wanted to buy may have walked out. Anyway, fix it.
If I could give zero stars I would. this store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered.
My repair case has taken over a month to resolve on a phone that was brand new.
They also lie to their customer about status and procedure. lie about promise dates, lie about windows of wait, and they lie when they say they are going to replace your phone new and then try to force you to take a broken and refurbished device.
They are the absolute worst retail and service experience you could ever encounter.
No one in this story takes any amount of accountability. it is disgusting
