I absolutely despise the Apple Store. None of the employees at this store are helpful in the slightest. The DMV is more organized than this store. The employees refuse to help anyone and actively ignore customers, it’s disgusting. I came here to buy a new laptop charger and I sat in the store for 2 HOURS and nobody even glanced at me. I’ve seen better customer service in jails, it’s sickening. I don’t know where to get better Apple customer service, but this place is NOT it. Don’t have a heart attack or stroke in the middle of this store, the employees would probably ignore you.
The employees actively socialize together while ignoring customers. Working at an Apple Store is probably the easiest paycheck ever earned because none of the employees actually do work. Amazing how they get pleasure from wasting your time

The store was so frustrating to be at. I waited for over 30 minutes to have someone help me at the genius bar, the guy who was able to help me and suggested I need to buy a laptop instead of getting my current one fixed. The price to fix the laptop is much more than just buying a new laptop. He of course can’t sell it to me so I wait another 30 minutes, meanwhile I can see five different employees just sitting around, and I can hear them talking about social matters while I’m waiting for someone to come assist me. The guy who does come to sell me the laptop doesn’t know anything about Apple. Not even the different colors of Apple products, he is unable to turn off my iPhone on the laptop, he’s unable to look into my iCloud and how to save it, he’s unable to determine the trade-in value for the laptop, everything he needed to do he had to ask another person to come help. The only thing he was willing to talk to me about was his partying experience at UCSB. I was very disappointed at his lack of knowledge or experience considering I’m paying over $1000 for one of Apple products. A the end of this experience I commented on how he didn’t do anything except for click a screen on his phone and I could’ve easily done that. He said “t sure is nice to get paid for nothing “ I will never come back here I would just go to Best Buy next time, at least they have a knowledgable geek squad.

Definitely don’t recommend coming to the store the blonde that seems like the manager is VERY stuck up, watched us stand there and didn’t offer assistance had to walk up to her and her 3 other employees that were just standing around. Need to work on their customer service for sure. Not just stand around and do nothing, and as we were leaving over heard her being stuck up to another customer. Should consider doing something else if you don’t know how to do your job.
