This was my first time dealing with a counselor and didn't know what to expect. I had two visits with Bill Ellis, the SAP for this area. The first visit I came into it very upset with MY situation. Bill was very patient with me and very helpful. My second visit was a lot better, since I had time to think about MY situation, he was still very patient but now I was willing to listen, share, and not afraid to ask questions. Having to deal with the third parties, DOL and the Clearinghouse, everything was done in a timely manner. Overall it was a good experience, thank you Bill for helping me. I would recommend his services.

I had to enter the DOT SAP program, due to not being able to provide enough urine to send to testing. I contacted apple valley to schedule my SAP evaluation and was greeted with a kind smile from the front office worker. I filed my paper work and got the ball rolling, paid for the evaluation in advance. After paying I was made aware that I would not be seen until the end of June. I was worried about losing my job so I found another solution within the next day. I received a phone call from William, the owner on a Sunday and he was more than willing to refund me and still was willing to hear out my situation and offer free advice. I appreciate that very much! Continue doing what you do William, helping people get their life back.
