Today I was seen to establish care. They got me on the schedule quickly. On arrival I waited maybe 10 minutes and was called back. Friendly staff and Dr. Bass was very kind and he even sang along to a song that was playing overhead, which to me shows he is a happy with what he does 😉. Had my teeth cleaned and was out the door and on my with another appointment scheduled for my fillings! Looking forward to seeing them again!

Had to get a tooth extracted today it was an emergency. They fit me into a cancelation spot and it was only a consultation but the doc made time for me. He talked me through everything he did. Made sure I wasn't in pain. Very respectful and caring staff asking all the right questions and "checking all the right boxes." Thank you guys!

Apparently when you attend an appt here, if you have to come back for another appt and call the number to book it, you have to disclose the details to them about what you need your appt for! They don’t seem to communicate to one another. Called to book a follow up after an exam to have the cavities filled that were discovered at the initial appt, but we get to the appt and they say “oh you booked a follow up”. What? Yea, I did. But to them a follow up is just chat and examination. Makes zero sense. So a waste of time for 2 appts we had to wait weeks for. On top of that, they had our boys birthdays mixed up which caused additional confusion and weren’t clear on allergies. They’ve been going here for years. The staff in back is nice enough, the front staff not so much. Very frustrated by their lack of professionalism and waste of my time to now have to come back for ANOTHER appt because they didn’t chart the appt correctly and didn’t have time to do what was needed. Staff blamed the call center, it the “call center” is their listed phone number. Get it together, folks!
