I have a list of complaints.

Went in to get an exam and basic cleaning, I was informed partway through the appointment the cleaning wasn’t covered despite the information I received prior to the appointment.
When getting a permanent retainer fixed a few things happened that I would call unprofessional. A. They wouldn’t let me pay for my appointment at the beginning or end. Instead they made me leave halfway through that appointment to go pay up front. Then the front desk staff gave me flack for trying to go back to the exam area as I was instructed. B. They assistant didn’t know what she was doing, she had to be taken back by the dentist and her supervisor so they could tell her what to do. When she did complete the task of gluing a retainer back in, she had applied too much glue. She effectively obliterated the space between my teeth and then tried to floss through it. It hurt a lot, and that’s only time I’ve told a healthcare professional to stop. C. Finally left my appointment after an hour and a half and needed to use the restroom. 2 of 3 toilets were non functional and 1 of 2 sinks were out of order.
I made an appointment that got cancelled recently (because the dentist had an emergency) that was rescheduled for the next day. The appointment the next day also got cancelled. I called to make a new appointment and there were a few things that happened. A. The person in the other end was terrible at customer service. She had silent stretches that lasted for actual minutes. B. They couldn’t reschedule me for over 2 months after they cancelled my appointment twice. When I queried the customer service agent, she could not answer why the delay would be 2 Months. This dental office has been a problem for me for 4 years and I don’t give crummy reviews lightly. I strongly recommend you go ELSEWHERE for your dental care.

If you’re looking for a Dental place , I recommend Apple Valley dental in Union Gap across the street from majestic cinema. Bertha is great in getting me an appointment scheduled. Dental hygienist Becky and Gilbert, and Doctor Tro and Kim and Carolina, are very professional.

Saw a bunch of bad reviews on here and was nervous to go. Don’t understand what anyone was talking about. Everyone there was very nice and straight the the point.
