I cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Eli at Apple Valley Diamonds. My fiancé provided Eli with a very specific vision for my engagement ring and Eli executed it perfectly! We knew the design would be more of a challenge and Eli communicated with my fiancé throughout the process to ensure it was exactly right. We needed to have it resized after the proposal and Eli had it resized the very next day. Eli is very warm and friendly and has been a joy to work with. We will continue to give our business to Eli and Apple Valley Diamonds!

I brought in my wedding and engagement rings in to Apple Valley Diamonds to be resized and soldered together and they were very friendly, kind, they asked questions to make sure they completely understood what I wanted done. They even called me to get clarification before they soldered the rings together to make sure it was done correctly. Then they cleaned my 29 year old ring up beautifully. I will do business there again because they are so attentive to your wants and on top of all of that they are dog people, and I was able to meet their beautiful German Shepherd, and their rescue Great Pyrenees mix puppy. They are really wonder people.

I love family owned and run Apple Valley Diamonds. I feel appreciated by them, no matter how small the reason is that I came in. I am grateful that I can trust them. I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired there. They always want to be sure I am satisfied. In this day and age where service can feel very impersonal, I feel seen and heard when I walk into their store. I always leave with a smile!
