I had another appointment with a different pumping service. They kept canceling and canceling and still hasn’t done the neighbors. I called Apple Valley and they were able to come out the next day called in advance so I could lock up the dogs and pumped all before 10 o’clock in the morning, great service! highly recommend them !

I did not use this business (more below), but I recommend Greg and his team 100%. Why? Because they provided my wife and I with an unbelievable level of service, experience, and integrity during a recent septic/plumbing crisis that saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars, which they could have just banked and left us none the wiser. From the outset, Greg and his team were helping me troubleshoot the issue to determine severity and the best path to a solution. Even once it had been determined that the proper fix for the problem would not be a task for his team, Greg talked me through problem solving, including excavation tips and looking up details on my tank that would help my plumber, and did it all with patience, kindness, and grace. And the next day, even though we weren't a client, he followed up just to make sure we had resolved the problem and didn't have any other issues. That kind of service, knowledge, and just plain human decency is a rare, rare thing these days and blew me away. We will be working with Greg and Apple Valley Pumping for all of our septic issues moving forward, and I recommend them without reservation.

We had an emergency and they were not only the only pumping company in Wenatchee to return our call, Greg made it out the same day! He communicated with us during the day to keep us posted on his timing and got started as soon as he arrived. Greg went above and beyond in diagnosing our problem and then helping my husband with a fix that has nothing to do with our pump. We will absolutely work with Apple Valley Pumping in the future. Thank you!
