My tensioner pulley we allowed came of my motor. The threads in the oil pump. They installed a helicoil to attach a new tensioner pulley. I was told by them that it was aso good as new. I was charged almost the price of a new oil pump. Later on when replacing the timing belt I was shown what the Liberty Toyota Dealership described as a "back yard fix." They thought I did it my self and we're shocked it even worked at all. Un professional. I had to replace the oil pump costing me thousands of dollars. They are scam artists and washed their hands of it and there is nothing I can do outside of spread the word. The service manager is a joke of a manager. Do not buy anything from them and definitely don't have your vehicle serviced there. Unbelievable. You expect quality from a dealership.
