I just ordered the bourbon steak. Asked for it medium. This is beyond well done. Tastes like rubber. Won't be coming here again. Two is just me being nice on food. Going to try to save this steak somehow 🤦🏽♂️nope just took a bite. It's rough. Teach your cooks to know meat

We went on New Year's Eve and the staff made it very apparent they did not want to be there. We arrived around 1:30, so late lunch. Only three tables were seated in the entire restaurant. I asked the hostess if we could be seated at a table as close to the door as possible indicating the cane I was using. She walked us all the way across the restaurant indicating a table on the far wall. Then our waitress kept ignoring us taking forever to take our order bring our food etc. Again four tables total it's not like she was busy. We had to use the flag server light up button on the electronic payment thing three times to get her to come over and complete payment. I would get if we had come in at 11:00 p.m. that's messing up their night but we were there for lunch service there was no reason for everyone to be so rude

2 people, booth 9:25pm – Stood waiting around for at least 10 minutes with workers just looking at us and had to go to someone and ask to be seated. The only thing worth ordering is barely the boneless wings. Steak was hard and dry in most places, potatoes cold, broccoli overcooked, and most fries were hard. No one came to check on how the food was or if we needed anything else, I watched someone else seated near us wait over 20 minutes for the check. We were going to ask for the receipt but no one came around so we just left. Usually Applebee's is a personal go to, but not this one.
