First I want to start by saying we had a lovely server. She was so bubbly and friendly. We placed our order, the appetizer came hot and quick. Then we received our main course (2 for $32.00) One meal was very good and hot, the other came on a hot plate, but the food was room temperature, it was a pasta dish with only a small dollop of sauce in the middle, the rest was dry pasta. We called the server over and told her, she quickly responded and asked if she could have them make me a fresh one, and offered a free dessert for the inconvenience. I chose a hamburger (priced at $12.00 approximately) instead. When we received the burger, it was fresh, and hot, but there were no condiments on the burger, so we asked for a side of Mayo for the burger. We waited 10 minutes for the Mayo, at which point my husband had finished his meal. Then came the bill for the full amount, so we called the manager over, he apologized and said he would correct the bill. He dropped off the bill, and left immediately, no apology. He had deducted $14.00. It may have been an off night, but we will not be returning.
