I haven't been to Applebee's in 8+ years. We ended up here after a ramen place said they couldn't seat us before closing. The waiter was nice, but we still had a pretty unfortunate visit. We won't be going back anytime soon. Here's what happened, 4 couples all ordered side salads as appetizers. We were busy enjoying conversation when our waiter came to inform us they were out of salads. He started to see what we would like instead. At this point I checked the time and we had been there one hour already! Luckily our meals came out within 10 minutes and our appetizers showed up when we were finished. The manager did allow us to switch to a dessert, which was nice. I guess the low rating is mostly due to the slow response with the salads. It seems like we should have found that out 30 minutes prior.

I wish they would stop using so much salt on every menu item. Ate here several times. The service could do better. I was ignored here once when I went in to be seated and other people who walked in were helped before I was. I hope they give better service the next time I eat here. I like their convenience and I am a big fan of the wanton chicken tacos. Their drinks are good here also.

Ordered more food than shown in the pictures. We were a party of 8, but our server Syrus took good care of us, and we were happy. Food was great.
Best place to chill with friends. Thanks always for the good memories!
