My fiance and I recently went into the Appliance Recycling Connection to purchase a washer and dryer. The owners daughter took our order and said she could get us a stacked washer & dryer with the measurements that we gave her to write down. We were told our set would be ready for pick-up within 2 two weeks from that day. Which was great because we didn't need the set for another 3 weeks when we would be moving into our house. After the 4th week and no phone call we decided to stop in there to see what the deal was....just to find out that our washer/dryer was already there. Kind of annoying but this wasn't the worst part of what I am about to reveal. Immediately we could tell that it was NOT the correct size that we ordered. We told them it was not going to work and their solutions included the following: remove some of your cabinets in your house to make room or pay more money for a set that will fit. At the time we did not have more money to give them so that they could fix their mistake, so we kindly asked for a refund just to be told refunds were not an option. We did finally get a refund after a third visit there and were told we could not get a better deal anywhere else.... The owner was not very nice especially considering the mistake was on their end and not ours. I advise everybody to AVOID doing business with these folks!

We purchased a washer and dryer and couch and loveseat set from here. When they came to install the washer, they ran it and realized it made a bizarre sound. We went into the store the next day to select a new washer and they delivered it quickly and removed the old one. We’ve had them for about 4 months now and they work perfectly. We also lucked out and scored a brand new leather couch and loveseat set. We haggled the price with the owner as we were also purchasing the washer and dryer at the same time. They delivered them as well and their workers had great care with our products. They were respectful and kind. We will definitely shop there again for future appliance needs as well as pop in every now and again to checkout their furniture selection.

Got a dryer there and it was not great to begin with, but it at least worked at first. Only a couple months later and am without a working dryer again. Dryer worked long enough to make it outside of the warranty window and now it'd be easier to just buy from somewhere else than to lug in a dryer and pay/ wait for it to get fixed. I've bought appliances in the past with no problems, but now wishing I'd seen these reviews before using them again.
