My 11 year old gas range gave out and i was told it would be about $500.00 to repair it. I decided getting a new one made more sense. I went to at least a half dozen other places including the usual Home Depot & Lowes. One of my coworkers recommended Appliance Connections to me and I am very grateful she did! Aftrid was so helpful in showing me several options. The best surprise was the price you see is the price you pay including delivery plus a one year warranty. Jorge installed my new range a few days later and even hauled away my old one. They are helpful, honest and not pushy at all. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for affordable appliances. : )
I bought a washer and dryer and it has been 2 months and it is still not installed correctly. Do not care too much about customer satisfaction. I am giving 2 starts because their support team is decent.
The warehouse is in New Jersey, so even if "In stock", it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive to CA, then another 1-2 for scheduling an installation.
Using a 3rd party company for installation
I had multiple issues with the delivery and installation. Every time, I had to wait another 2-3 weeks for another installation slot. I wont bother you with the details, but the main issue is that they are using a 3rd party company for their installation.
Better to buy elsewhere! Costco or Home depot. I learned my lesson, never again.
