Wife and I had been looking for a Bertazzoni range for a while and found it here. From the moment we called in to see if they had our model they were extremely helpful. Once we went in we spoke to Robert and his help, knowledge and patience was exceptional. We took our range home yesterday and noticed the legs were missing, we contacted him today and within a few hours he gave us a tracking tracking number for our shipped legs! The selection in this warehouse and saving literally thousands of $$ on a range cannot be compared!!

Robert was such a great help and very reliable. He gave us his honest opinions, and did not try to upsell us. He even inspects all appliances before we picked up to make sure that they were in working order. Will definitely come back for future appliances, and will recommend friends and family!

A+ from appliance prices to staff!!! If you’re looking for a high end, quality appliance, you MUST come here first! The prices are fantastic and the owners, employees and office staff were wonderful from the beginning to the end of my shopping experience!
