So glad I was referred to Appliance Repair LA. Having a toddler at home leads to doing laundry multiple times throughout the week. Unfortunately, our LG washer and dryer gave out at the same time. I called Appliance Repair LA and they were able to come out and fix the issue the same day! Reliable and professional! The technician also did a great job following CDC guidelines (wearing a mask, gloves, and shoe cover) making me feel comfortable having him in our house.

Great team of guys! I'm a computer guy and appreciated the ease of scheduling my diagnostic on the website, paid the refundable diagnostic assessment fee and receive an instant email confirmation. Later I received a second email with my 3-hour appointment window, but it was too early for me. I simply replied to their email and they quickly rescheduled it for later the same day, which worked much better for me. Nick came out on time and found multiple tears in the door rubber, along the water to spill out during various cycles. The repairs were very reasonable, way less than I expected, and he explained everything along the way. A new rubber piece arrived within one day. And what I expected to be a major headache was hassle-free. I appreciate all of your help guys! Thanks.

WOW. I called Alexander on New Year's Day (as in today) with a dishwasher that was filing up with water while off and leaving soap stains behind. I wasn't sure if it was a plumbing or dishwasher issue (or both) and was so relieved to be able to speak to someone right away.
Not only did he give me honest advice on the best next steps, but was able to suggest a nearby mom and pop appliance shop I could go to when I am ready to replace my dishwasher.
In the meantime, he patiently explained to me what was going on and what I could do as the next best steps for my situation. Much appreciated especially on a holiday!
