I’ve been mulling a shift from gas to induction ranges as I often deal with higher end clientele. Gas used to be king, but we know there is a new king in the kitchen. I wasn’t really sure where to go and whom to contact that had the absolute best induction technology as well as the best advice and help. I found that Appliance Sales Los Angeles were straight forward, prices were beyond reasonable, and had a large selection. It’s not my only stop, but it’s my first stop to check for induction cookware.
