Friendly, knowledgeable, & professional! They had a good selection of appliance. I absolutely appreciated no pressure sales. Thanks again for my refrigerator! I will be back for my next appliance purchase.
Not really sure what's going on here. I like to support local so when I saw this place pop up with 5 star rating (3 reviews), I figured a new place could be great. I went during normal business hours, about 4:30 on a Tuesday. Open sign hanging pointing to another door, which I attempted to open; locked. A business card is taped saying to call the number, and I did so. Twice. Went to voicemail. Twice. Waited around a few minutes in an empty parking lot.
Was a waste of a trip and bought my washer elsewhere. If the owner ends up reading this, you should probably have some clear signage of what's going on and make sure that someone can actually be reached at that phone number. Probably put a custom message saying I've reached your business-the generic answering machine makes it seem as though I'm reaching a random persons cell phone.
Also looks like the owner replied to this saying business hours changed and google didn't update after they asked. Two problems: Your own website says you're open until 5 ( I was there about 4:30), and you had your open sign up as I previously stated. My confusion is still there.
