Wow what a great company. I invest in Real Estate full time. The guy that runs this business actually spent over an hour at my house. He was very detailed and polite. Our report went to the lender in 3 days. Wow the lender forwarded the report and it was highly detailed. Mentioned the shopping center down the street, the school two blocks over, the transit center, local downtown attractions. This guy knows what he is doing. GREAT COMPANY.. CALL THIS COMPANY.

Joseph was certainly a nice person, but I am less than impressed with his knowledge of real estate values, at least in rural Snohomish County. His appraised value came in at; 1) less than we purchased the home for 11 years ago; 2) much less than the tax assessed value which is almost always less than the actual market value; 3) much less than Zillow's estimated value; 4) less than a home in the neighborhood across the street from us built at the same time, but with 35% less square footage, half of the lot size, and absolutely no territorial view. Now I have to delay my refinance while I find a real appraisor, and may have to pay higher rates due to the delay. I would not recommend Joseph or his company.

Wow! Joseph Benn is one talented and knowledgeable appraiser. Joseph was personable and very helpful with hints and practical tips. I will recommend him over any other appraiser. He was prompt and seasoned, and a funny guy, which makes for a better experience. Thank you Joseph, Steve and I give you 5 stars. We feel confident recommending Joseph to anyone who needs an appraiser.
