The receptionist was nice, the facility was clean and easy to get to. Lacked any sort of practical training or fitting for operation of the medical equipment. Basically said to watch the video.

Placed an order for more supplies for my wound vac on Friday. Was told they could be delivered Monday as I had 2 and needed 4 for the week. They did not arrive Monday and are not here on Tuesday. I am now out of supplies and need 2. Very disappointed!

Got a C-pap machine through Apria. Took a little while to arrive but the machine is intuitive to use - plus the thing is unbelievably quiet. Pretty good experience
