I absolutely can not recommend this company to anyone. Started my service 3 days ago the first concentrator they delivered failed as soon as he plugged it in. He went back to the truck got another and it lasted 8 hours before failure. The third one failed last night and now on the fourth. The automated phone line is a joke be prepared to spend 20 minutes or more pushing buttons before being put on hold to wait for a representative. If you don’t have to use them I recommend staying away.
It was a rough start with this company have been with them now for about a year and things have gotten better. However their phone system sucks you can spend 20 minutes navigating menus and still not get results.
My doctors started me out on liquid O2 and after 3 weeks I decided that it was not working to my satisfaction. I had my doctor switch me back to gas O2 and they still tried to deliver and charge me for liquid for about 6 months. Overall still unsatisfied with the company.
