Took multiple phone calls to reach anyone and when I finally got ahold of someone, I was told they were mailing the machine. Why the heck did I have to call 4 times then? You couldnt call or text to tell me it was being mailed? I was told by my sleep apnea Dr that you would be helping me with the machine. Idk why I couldn't go pick it up cuz now I just have to wait longer. Tell the local location to change their VM so it doesn't tell people they call you back within the day cuz they definitely do not

I feel that it is a real dis-service to customers not to provide inperson education from respiratory therapists at their office. They will only talk to you over the phone. Initially, They give you the equipment and tell you to download the app to set it up. How are you supposed to know what your options are and what would work best for you. This is a very important decision to make for your health. It would be nice if the company cared about your success with the equipment, rather than just getting paid by the insurance company. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am not a fan!
Please be aware that when you go to their web site, it says they had a data breach. I was not notified of the incident.

My PT person ordered a neck traction machine for me. When Apria got the order they wanted to make sure to send me the right one. The representative who called me, I forget his name, was so nice! He described the machine to me and it sounded correct. I asked if he could take a photo of it for me, and he gladly stayed on the line wirh me, used his personal phone to take the photo and emailed it to me. Do nice of him! And, it was the right one, so he gave it to one of their drivers and got it to me in two hours! The delivery guy was very nice too. These days having that caring, personal touch isn't always the case. I truly appreciated the extra effort they went through to make sure what they were sending was right. And, in such a nice and pleasant way too. Thank you.
