The "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing"! You customer service people seem really good at answering the telephone and addressing your concerns, but the communication with the delivery department is woefully lacking. We were sent items, where the delivery person just left them on the porch and didn't bother ring the doorbell. We cancelled the order for the walker that was delivered. A commode/shower chair was sent, but we were not informed that the commode/shower chair would be sent. We didn't want the shower chair. This combination made the product unusable, and had to be sent back.
