Everyone I had reached out to has been beyond amazing and extremely helpful, especially Donna. The lady at the front desk was also super friendly. So far I've had no issues getting ahold of them which is another plus. I got my machine pretty quick and ordering supplies was also super easy.

I haven't had dealings with this particular branch, but my overall Apria experience, all by phone, has been good. They're very efficient and shipped quickly.

Well they told us 3/5 fdays for the machine to come took more like 3weeks. When I called know one new what was going on. Overall not very impressed with our experience.
