Listens to all the ideas, thoughts and concerns and makes them her's to better assist in purchasing a home. Always courteous and will answer via email, text or phone calls to keep you updated within a timely manner! Buying a new home was something we felt would be so stressful and chaotic. But working with April made it seem so stress free. She really took care of us. She always kept us informed of what was happening and explained it in such a relaxing way. It really calmed us and in less than two months we actually purchased our first home.
