I finally got an elite service tech. Yes! Joel worked his butt off! The best service tech I’ve had since I started this service. To be honest, I was ready to move on from Aptive after the last guy sprayed and got the hell out. Aptive should thank Joel for not losing a client. I would suggest Aptive have Joel train the rest of the team. Also, I would like to request Joel for all future services. Thank you Joel for an outstanding job!

Terrible service. Not on time. Service people expected to service too many customers in a day over a wide geographic region. They arrive late, spend a few minutes at your house and probably spend half their day driving. Find someone local!

I have had multiple negative interactions with Aptive salesmen. I have a large, very obvious DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL and NO SOLICITING sign, which all of the salesmen have ignored. I’ve called both corporate and the Livermore office asking to be removed from any lists or marked as a house that you do not go to, which clearly didn’t happen. I cannot believe someone has the audacity to do door-to-door sales at 8:30 pm on a Friday! They are pushy, inconsiderate, and rude. One of the salesmen even refused to leave my property! Would give 0 stars if I could.
