I had a tech come by today to do my quarterly service. He sent me a text of when he would be arriving. I responded with the code to unlock the gate to my back yard and when he was finished he sent me another message that he was finished. Included were some pictures of the areas he worked on, but I didn't see any pictures of my back yard. I asked him if he did the back and he said he did but forgot to take pictures. I then looked up my cameras in the back yard and there were no recordings of him working back there. When I came home I inspected the eves of the back of the house and there were still cob webs and dirt. I don't believe that he went into the back yard to do any work. This is the third time this has happened in the year that I have had Aptive's service. I would not recommend this company to any one. 👎👎👎
