This was our first service with Aptive, and we are very happy so far. Kane, our technician, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He let us know when he was on his way, and sent us pictures of where he treated. He listened to our concerns, and was sure to spray thoroughly under the eaves. Junior was friendly, & professional & helped me understand how I can save money now that I’ve completed my initial contract. He was additionally helpful when I mentioned that I had just recently heard a rat!

Brandon was very easy to deal with while scheduling pest treatments for my home. Will (William - the technician) was great and very thorough in his complete assessment and treatment of outside and inside of my home. I can’t say enough positive feedback of Will’s professionalism and thoroughness during his service visit to my home. He explained process, pointed out possible issues, went above and beyond what I have experienced from other pest services I have dealt with in the past. Very impressed!! Thank you.
