horrible customer service. No response about any questions in time. Never give a time window for the appointment and happened twice that the scheduling person does not provide correct information about the time window to the service provider after confirming with us multiple times. And they do not have times to select while scheduling online appointment. It is really frustrating!

I have never had such poor customer service or salesmen in my life. A young employee wearing the Aptive logo rides a Segway onto my property and nearly scratches my guests' cars by riding between cars, and then rings my doorbell. When there is no answer, he rides between the cars again to knock on doors and windows. When I tell him I am not interested, he very rudely tells me to stop where I am going on my own property, and lies to me that my close friend and neighbor is using the services when I know for a fact they are not. Finally I threaten to call the police if he does not leave, and he again gives a rude retort.
