Do not use Aptive these guys are a rip off and after 6 treatments we still have a huge ant problem. Also I was told after 7 treatments I can cancel the service but it’s a lie and they sign you up for 24 months premium plan. Now I want to cancel and being charged $200 early cancel fee. These guys are phony crooks please listen to my advice and stay away from them. I’m just so disappointed with this company that I can’t recommend them to friends, family, or strangers..

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!! They bait you in to a 24 month contract for between $150-$185 a month, if cancelled beforehand for any reason they charge you $199 to do so. Terrible job they claim they get rid of bugs, clean up wrens around your outdoor lights/front porch and set up traps in your backyard but all they do is barley spray around your house. The last guy only sprayed one half of my house. It’s absolutely ridiculous! Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE!!! If I could I would give them 0 stars as a review!
