Dan and James are awesome! They are both very knowledgeable and have great customer service. They always respond to any inquiries we have. It is so difficult to find good help today. I am very thankful I found these honest guys.

Long post I just want to make sure I explained everything correctlyMarch 1 Tuesday I called Aqua Doc because I had an issue with my pool heater Jennifer said that Dan can come by in a couple hours AWESOME he showed up around five he was here until about six, he said he had to contact the manufacture and that he would get back to me in a couple of days or so I waited until Monday the seventh called Jennifer stated that Dan would be out on Wednesday the ninth, 5 o’clock Wednesday night have not heard texted them she said he was on an emergency on a commercial Pool job that he would definitely be out on Friday the 11th 5 o’clock I texted still nothing I called them at 5:40 still nothing to this date which is Saturday the 12th have not heard from Aqua Doc nor do I plan on hearing from them. In this community word-of-mouth is everything. I gave a two star because they came out quickly.

I had a problem with my heater and called them for an estimate. Dan was out the next day and diagnosed the problem which my former service could not figure out. Prompt service, knowledge, and professionalism assured my choice to switch services. Thank you aqua doc for the great service.
