I want to give a big huge thank you to Lance H and Aaron B. I called looking for a very specific and probably never to be found part for my sand filter I purchased from them several years ago. They had it for me!! They saved me and my pool! Thank you for all the help over these several years testing my water, giving great advice, and finding those obscure parts!

Look, maintaining hot tub water quality can be a hassle. But I brought my water sample in to Jessica in Woodinville and she took care of everything. She made it simple. She was quick and knowledgeable and efficient. And even funny. I look forward to continuing with her.
